In order to maintain a high level of customer service and quality, we’ve shared our our 7-step fulfillment process. We want to ensure that each client, whether local or national receives top-notch service from us.
Many times our orders require immediate shipping. Our 7-step shipping system works well because it allows us to fully customize the client’s order and have it shipped to them within 4 to 6 business days.
Step 1: Assess Your Needs
When someone contacts us, we always ask them a few key questions to determine exactly what they need. We inquire about such things as layout of the restroom, materials and environment. We make it a priority to cover every detail to avoid mistakes later on in the process.
Step 2: Pricing
When we have all the client’s details and requirements, we send them a quote. The price depends heavily on the type of material the client chooses and the freight shipping costs when we ship the product to the client.
Step 3: Collecting payment
If the client accepts the quote and decides to proceed with the project, we collect a credit card payment in advance.
Step 4: Creating a shop drawing
The next step is to use the information supplied by the client to draw the layout of the client’s restroom, complete with dimensions and other details.
Step 5: Releasing the shop drawing for verification
We then send the shop drawing to the client to review. We confirm the layout, dimensions, colors, and other details correct before shipping the product to them,
Step 6: Shipping the finished product
When the client approves the shop drawing, we pull everything we need out of our warehouse. If we don’t have something, we order it from our manufacturer. Within 48 to 72 hours, we ship the product to the client. We also offer tracking numbers and a timeframe so our clients can get themselves ready for its arrival.
Step 7: Troubleshooting
At this point, many businesses wipe their hands and call it a day. Not us! We extend our customer service to accommodate our clients after they get their hands on the product. If a client isn’t sure which tools are needed to install the bathroom partitions, or if a client has any questions about the installation instructions, they can call us and we can walk them through the installation process. We encourage our clients to come to us with any questions or issues.
Communication is key
We understand that communication is key, especially if we can’t meet our clients face-to-face. We strive to get everything right the first time round, so we always make a point to communicate with each client until we all gain a mutual understanding of everything involved in the project.
